Responsible For
- Oversee both the logistical aspects of studio operations and the strategic direction of our programming.
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the studio, including scheduling, equipment maintenance, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with technical staff to optimize studio workflow and troubleshoot any operational issues.
- Create a positive and productive studio environment for creative and technical teams.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive programming strategy that aligns with the company's objectives.
- Curate and oversee the production of diverse and engaging content across various media platforms.
- Collaborate with content creators, producers, and on-air talent to ensure high-quality programming.
- Evaluate program’s effectiveness.
