  • Craft persuasive and well-researched grant proposals, reports, and fundraising materials.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and funding organizations.
  • Collaborate with program managers and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with grant requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising strategies, making adjustments as needed.
