    • • Assist HR in the recruitment of new choir members, studio technicians by word of mouth and social media.
      • Distribute leaflet and engage with the community

      • Organizing fundraising events

      • Raise money through a variety of activities, such as:

        • Asking for donations: Approaching individuals, businesses, and local authorities to request donations

        • Organizing events: Planning and helping with fundraising events, such as house-to-house collections, sponsored events, and promotional events

        • Applying for grants: Researching organizations that give grants and applying for funding

        • Motivating supporters: Inspiring upcoming supporters and maintaining relationships with existing ones

        • Raising awareness: Giving talks to groups or seeking media opportunities to raise awareness of the charity’s work

        • Keeping donors informed: Ensuring that donors and funders are kept informed about how their money is being used
